What does “managed” actually include?
Updates applied on a schedule after testing on a staging copy, daily off-site backups with the restore tested, monitoring with alerts that reach a person, and security patching. If something breaks, we fix it — you do not open a ticket and wait.
Where is the data hosted?
UK data centres by default, with edge caching in eighteen regions for speed. If you need data residency elsewhere for compliance, tell us and we will scope it.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. Hosting is month to month. If you leave we hand over a full export and help you move — the same way we would want to be treated.
