A product design agency for products people actually use
Research-led UX and interface design that turns a rough idea into something people actually want to use.
What does a product design agency do?
A product design agency shapes what a digital product does and how it feels to use: researching users, mapping journeys, designing the interface and testing prototypes before code is written. Good product design cuts build cost, because problems are found on screens rather than in code.
We design products end to end — from the first discovery sprint to a polished, tested interface and a design system your team can build on. Decisions grounded in research, not taste alone.
Founders pre-build, product teams whose app works but feels clunky, and anyone raising against a prototype.
What Product Design covers.
Product & UX strategy
Define what to build and why before a line of production code is written.
User research & testing
Talk to real users, validate assumptions, and design against evidence.
UI design & prototyping
High-fidelity interfaces and clickable prototypes you can test and show investors.
Design systems
A reusable component library so the product stays consistent as it grows.
Discovery & design sprints
A focused, fixed-scope week to go from problem to a testable direction.
No quotes theatre. Four steps.
You get an indicative range before discovery and a fixed scope after it. Nothing about the price should be a surprise.
What you get that you didn’t last time.
UK-based senior team
You deal directly with the people building your product — same time zone, no quality lottery from anonymous offshore subcontractors.
Transparent pricing
Indicative ranges up front and a fixed-scope proposal after discovery. You always know what you are paying for.
One team, idea to scale
Strategy, design, build and infrastructure under one roof — one accountable team from first sketch to launch and beyond.
You own the code
All source, designs and IP transfer to you, in clean documented repositories. You are never locked in.

What's the difference between UI and UX design?
UX design is how a product works: the journeys, structure and decisions a user makes. UI design is how it looks: layout, type, colour and components. We do both together, because a beautiful screen that confuses people still fails.
How much does product design cost?
A focused discovery and design sprint for a new product is usually quoted as a fixed price after a free audit. Ongoing design support for a product team can be monthly. We'll recommend the smallest piece of design work that answers your biggest question.
Do you test designs with real users?
Yes. We test clickable prototypes with five to eight people from your target audience, watch where they get stuck and fix it before development starts. It's the cheapest point to change your mind.
Can you redesign an existing app or SaaS product?
Yes. We start with an audit of the current product, analytics and support tickets, find where users struggle, then redesign the worst journeys first so improvements ship quickly.
Will developers be able to build your designs?
Yes. We design in Figma with a component-based design system, document states and edge cases, and our own developers review designs before handover. If we build it too, there's no gap at all.
Do you create design systems?
Yes. We build design systems in Figma and in code: components, tokens, spacing and patterns that keep your product consistent as more people work on it.
