Can I cancel a monthly plan?Yes, any time; it ends with the period you've paid for. Fixed-term contracts (e.g. 12 months) carry a 30% fee on the remaining months — waived if the problem is ours.Read the detail ↗What happens if a payment fails?Plans are prepaid.
