Product design that turns ideas into products people use
Research-led UX and interface design that turns a rough idea into something people actually want to use.
We design products end to end — from the first discovery sprint to a polished, tested interface and a design system your team can build on. Decisions grounded in research, not taste alone.
Founders pre-build, product teams whose app works but feels clunky, and anyone raising against a prototype.
What Product Design covers.
Product & UX strategy
Define what to build and why before a line of production code is written.
User research & testing
Talk to real users, validate assumptions, and design against evidence.
UI design & prototyping
High-fidelity interfaces and clickable prototypes you can test and show investors.
Design systems
A reusable component library so the product stays consistent as it grows.
Discovery & design sprints
A focused, fixed-scope week to go from problem to a testable direction.
No quotes theatre. Four steps.
You get an indicative range before discovery and a fixed scope after it. Nothing about the price should be a surprise.
What you get that you didn’t last time.
UK-based senior team
You deal directly with the people building your product — same time zone, no quality lottery from anonymous offshore subcontractors.
Transparent pricing
Indicative ranges up front and a fixed-scope proposal after discovery. You always know what you are paying for.
One team, idea to scale
Strategy, design, build and infrastructure under one roof — one accountable team from first sketch to launch and beyond.
You own the code
All source, designs and IP transfer to you, in clean documented repositories. You are never locked in.
Things we shipped.
Every project below ran through the same four steps.
The rest of what we do.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope, and we are upfront about it. Most bespoke web and app projects start in the low tens of thousands, and larger platforms scale from there. You get an indicative range early and a fixed-scope proposal after discovery — never a vague “it depends” that becomes a surprise invoice.
How do you price and scope work?
We start with a paid, fixed-price discovery to define exactly what is being built. From there you get a clear proposal broken down by phase, so you can approve, adjust or stage the work. You always know what you are paying for before we write production code.
How long does a typical project take?
A focused MVP is usually 6–12 weeks; a full product build is typically 3–6 months. We work in short sprints with regular demos, so you see working software early rather than waiting months for a big reveal.
Who owns the code and IP?
You do — completely. All source code, designs and intellectual property transfer to you, and we hand over clean, documented repositories. You are never locked in to us to keep your own product running.
Do you work with startups or established businesses?
Both. We work with founders building a first product and with established UK businesses replacing legacy systems or adding new capabilities. What matters is that you want something built properly.
Are you UK-based, or do you outsource offshore?
We are a UK-based software development company with a senior in-house team. You work directly with the people building your product — clear communication, same time zone.
What happens after launch — do you provide support?
Yes. We offer ongoing support, maintenance and further development, from simple bug-fix cover to a retained team that keeps improving the product. And because you own everything, you can take it in-house whenever you choose.
How do we get started?
Book a discovery call — a straightforward conversation about what you are building and whether we are the right fit. If it makes sense, we follow up with next steps and an indicative estimate. We reply within one working day.
Tell us the goal. We’ll tell you the price.
A free audit, a fixed scope and a number — usually within two working days. No obligation, no sales theatre.
