We have a bi-annual staff satisfaction survey where we calculate the score every year. If anyone is comfortable and happy with everything Devute does, it does not mean that we will stop improving the work environment of our team.

Your Dress Code:

At Devute, we do not recommend any dress code. We believe you have your choice and will not do anything for which we can be blamed for. So come as you are. If you’re comfortable, then we’re alright.

Becoming a Devutian

We have interviews procedures for the employment of a member of our team. We are moving forward with the interview so that you can prove to yourself that you are the right person we are looking for. The most important things we observe from you - personality, skills, and aspirations.

1. Apply:

If you are agreed with the responsibilities and requirements, please apply with the provided procedures of our job post. Be sure to add your motivation, salary expectations, and from when you can start. You will get a confirmation if all of the things are alright.

2. Review:

We’ll take time to review your application and contact you within two weeks.

3. Phone Interview:

We'll call you to verify your identity and get a first impression. You can ask if you have any questions about the work by phone. If you are okay with the whole conditions and policy, we will move forward with the proceedings.

4. Personal Interviews

You may be invited to 1-2 personal interviews to meet with our potential team leaders/colleagues and possibly HR. We will take this interview via Skype, Zoom, Google Meet (depending on location). We can ask you for a sample at the interview, depending on the role you are applying for (this applies especially to the creative or developer role). Feedback is important to us. We will provide you with detailed feedback and explain our decision after the interviews.

5. Offer Letter:

You may be invited to 1-2 personal interviews to meet with our potential team leaders/colleagues and possibly HR. We will take this interview via Skype, Zoom, Google Meet (depending on location). We can ask you for a sample at the interview, depending on the role you are applying for (this applies especially to the creative or developer role). Feedback is important to us. 6. Onboarding:

We need to be sure about getting your equipped workspace ready where you start. You will be welcomed by HR, your manager, and/or the team that will help you get started. A custom welcome post will introduce you to the entire Devute group. So, everyone knows you have joined. Your first days will be about getting connected, meeting our people, and understanding Devute.

Tips and tricks for the interviews

Do your research: We think you are interested in Devute. So, be prepared for getting the opportunity. We’ll ask you the general discussion topics. You should be ready with your portfolio.

Be yourself: Do you get that? Yes, we mean it. We want to know the real thing because people and cultures are essential to us. We need to be sure it fits well on both sides.

Stand out: Tell us what you’re passionate about. What drives and uniquely motivates you?

DAsk questions: This is your potential new job, and you also need to be sure. So, don’t let the questions be a one-way street. You should clarify you and give you insights to us. Asking questions proves that it is you who are interested in the job.
