Care & Support is for sites that are live and need to stay that way. We run managed edge hosting, daily off-site backups, tested updates and uptime monitoring, and the same engineers who build sites answer when something goes wrong. Migration to us is free, and plans are cancel-anytime.

Can I leave whenever I want?

Yes. Plans are cancel-anytime with 30 days' notice, and we hand over a full copy of your site, database and DNS with no exit fees.

Do I have to move my hosting to you?

Yes, for care plans. Bundled hosting is how we keep everything fast and secure, and migration is free on every plan.

Can a care plan help me pay for a build?

Yes. Most fixed-scope builds can be spread over 3 to 12 months when bundled with a care plan.
